Job summary

SURVICE Engineering in Dayton, Ohio is seeking an AFSIM Mission-Level Modeling & Simulation Analyst to support DoD programs and safeguard U.S. warfighters through high‑fidelity simulations.

You will build, run, and evaluate mission‑level scenarios using AFSIM, script scenarios (Python/MATLAB), and contribute to study plans and analytical reports. The role requires 2–5+ years of experience and an active DoD clearance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master’s preferred; 2+ years of relevant experience.
• AFSIM experience with mission-level modeling and scenario analysis is required.
• Proficiency in Python or MATLAB for automation and visualization is preferred.
• Familiarity with VV&A and DoD M&S processes is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build, run, and evaluate high-fidelity mission-level simulations using AFSIM.
• Develop scenario scripts, analyze results, and prepare analytical reports.
• Support DoD programs including platform assessments and mission effectiveness analyses.
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team near Wright‑Patterson AFB.
