CACI in the United States is seeking a Space Systems Planner to support AFRICOM's JEMSOC, delivering space‑systems expertise across EMS operations. You will translate complex analyses into actionable plans for joint operations and planning staff.
The role requires TS/SCI clearance, 7+ years in space operations or related defense fields, and the ability to travel in CONUS. You will collaborate across JEMSOC, J39, and partner components to shape space effects within command planning.
We are seeking a highly skilled Space Systems Planner to join our team supporting USAFRICOM’s Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations Cell (JEMSOC) within the J39 Info & Cyberspace Ops Division. The ideal candidate will provide subject‑matter expertise at the intersection of space operations and the electromagnetic operational environment (EME), advancing USAFRICOM’s mission through rigorous analysis, modeling, simulation, and planning for communications, sensing, and electronic warfare effects.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$99,300 - 208,600 USD
