You will help AFRICOM J37 integrate multi-domain operational concepts into exercises and ensure that all warfighting functions and capabilities are represented. Responsibilities: -Plan and coordinate exercises that integrate kinetic/non-kinetic effects and multi-domain capabilities. -Work alongside Component Commands, Joint Staff, and interagency partners to design MSELs, objectives, and operational vignettes. -Develop domain-specific injects enabling realistic replication of contested and complex operating environments. -Conduct analysis of exercise results and integrate lessons learned into future planning. -Produce high-quality briefs, updates, and assessments for AFRICOM senior leaders. -Integrate AI, data-driven tools, and advanced modeling into exercise design. -Support simultaneous planning/execution at multiple events or locations, as required.
