Job summary

CACI International Inc. is seeking an All-Domain Exercise Planner to synchronize operations across land, air, maritime, cyber, and space domains for AFRICOM. You will design multi-domain exercises, develop MSELs, and craft operational vignettes to mirror complex environments.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Joint Staff and interagency partners, producing briefs and assessments for senior leaders, and integrating AI and modeling into exercise design. 100% travel possible.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with 3+ years of related experience, or Bachelor's with 6+ years, or 10 years of specialized experience.
• 7+ years in Joint planning, multi-domain operations, or CCMD-level exercise design.
• Familiar with JPP, JELC, and Joint Doctrine.
• Strong writing and briefing skills.
• Experience in classified and multinational environments.

• Plan and coordinate exercises that integrate kinetic/non-kinetic effects and multi-domain capabilities.
• Work with Component Commands, Joint Staff, and interagency partners to design MSELs and objectives.
• Develop domain-specific injects for realistic contested environments.
• Analyze exercise results and integrate lessons learned into future planning.
• Produce high-quality briefs, updates, and assessments for AFRICOM senior leaders.
• Integrate AI, data-driven tools, and advanced modeling into exercise design.
• Support simultaneous planning/execution at multiple events or locations.

The Opportunity

As an All-Domain Exercise Planner, you will synchronize complex operations across land, air, maritime, cyber, and space domains. You will help AFRICOM J37 integrate multi-domain operational concepts into exercises and ensure that all warfighting functions and capabilities are represented.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate exercises that integrate kinetic/non-kinetic effects and multi-domain capabilities.
• Work alongside Component Commands, Joint Staff, and interagency partners to design MSELs, objectives, and operational vignettes.
• Develop domain-specific injects enabling realistic replication of contested and complex operating environments.
• Conduct analysis of exercise results and integrate lessons learned into future planning.
• Produce high-quality briefs, updates, and assessments for AFRICOM senior leaders.
• Integrate AI, data-driven tools, and advanced modeling into exercise design.
• Support simultaneous planning/execution at multiple events or locations, as required.

Qualifications
