Job summary

CKACI AFRICOM Knowledge Manager position supports USAFRICOM J37 in Stuttgart, Germany. The role enhances decision-making and information sharing by capturing institutional knowledge and enabling collaborative environments at all classification levels.

You will ensure data from exercises is accessible and integrated across systems including JTT and Maven Smart Systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor7s degree with 3 years of specialized experience, or an Associate27s degree with 7 years, or 11 years of specialized experience.
• 7+ years of experience in knowledge management or information systems.
• TS/SCI clearance required.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, JTT, and digital collaboration platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop KM strategies, governance structures, SOPs, and digital workflows aligned with AFRICOM27s current and emerging needs.
• Manage all exercise-related data in JTT, ensuring accuracy, proper tagging, metadata structure, and integration with Maven Smart Systems.
• Build and maintain SharePoint and other collaborative environments across multiple classification domains.
• Implement industry best practices for knowledge capture, transfer, and dissemination across staff sections.
• Facilitate cross-directorate information flow to accelerate learning and reduce duplication.
• Produce leadership-ready KM reports, dashboards, and visualizations showcasing trends, insights, and operational learning.
• Ensure that all relevant JTT data is seamlessly synchronized with Maven and other required systems to support operational tempo and decision-makers.

The Opportunity:

CACI has an immediate need for an experienced Knowledge Management Specialist to support our AFRICOM program in Stuttgart, Germany. The Knowledge Management Specialist in support of USAFRICOM J37 enhances decision-making and information sharing across USAFRICOM by capturing institutional knowledge and enabling collaborative environments at all classification levels. This role ensures data and insights from exercises are accessible, traceable, and integrated across multiple systems including JTT and Maven Smart Systems.

• Prior work with AFRICOM or similar commands.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience producing dashboards and learning products for senior leaders.
