Job summary

Chainalysis is seeking a Deployment Strategist to own onboarding and deployment for strategic accounts in West and Southern Africa, with a focus on Johannesburg-based operations. You’ll translate complex compliance workflows into practical configurations on our platform and collaborate with compliance, investigations, and executive stakeholders.

You will lead adoption, provide product training, and work across Sales, Support, Product, and Engineering to drive adoption, renewals, and growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles at a high-growth technology company
• Track record of owning enterprise accounts with senior stakeholders
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain and their AML/compliance contexts
• Exceptional written and verbal communication; ability to explain technical concepts
• Professional fluency in English
• Comfort with APIs, data analysis, and logic-based workflows
• Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and deployment for strategic accounts, building adoption plans with clear success criteria
• Advise compliance, investigations, and executive stakeholders as primary technical contact
• Deliver product training, workshops, and enablement for daily platform use
• Translate customer workflows into solution designs, integrations, and configurations
• Monitor usage trends to surface expansion opportunities and manage churn risk
• Collaborate with Sales on renewals, expansion, and account strategy
• Work with Support, Product, and Engineering to resolve escalations and feed roadmap
