Western National Property Management is hiring an Affordable Housing/Tax Credit Community Manager for Plaza Court Apartment Homes, Stanton, CA (104 units). The role requires proven supervision in multifamily property management and deep knowledge of HUD requirements and compliance reporting.

You will oversee daily operations, optimize net operating income, and lead Leasing, Maintenance, and Grounds teams. The position offers $27.00 per hour, quarterly bonuses, and benefits such as health

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years supervising Leasing, Maintenance, and Grounds teams.
Experience in Affordable Housing and HUD program eligibility.
Knowledge of compliance reporting and income verification processes.
Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; Yardi Voyager helpful.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations and financial performance of the community.
Lead Leasing, Maintenance, and Grounds teams to deliver service.
