Western National Property Management is seeking an Affordable Housing/Tax Credit Assistant Community Manager for Laurel Park Apartment Homes in Santee, CA. Qualifications

• Experience in Affordable Housing/Tax Credit settings.
• Ability to determine eligibility and perform 3rd party verifications.
• Calculate household incomes to determine eligibility; complete Tenant Income Certifications.
• Prepare compliance reports as required by Regulatory Agreement.

Responsibilities

• Support the Community Manager in daily operations and financial performance.
• Contribute to NOI optimization and achievement of ownership objectives.
• Coordinate with maintenance and leasing teams to ensure resident satisfaction.
