Qualifications

• Three years of HUD Section 8 and LIHTC experience preferred.
• Housing management experience required, with HUD/LIHTC emphasis.
• Must be willing and able to travel.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are critical.
• Ability to analyze problems, implement corrective actions, and collaborate across stakeholders.

• Collect 100% of rent monthly and manage delinquencies.

• Ensure compliance with Section 8, HUD regulations, and required inspections.
