Qualifications

• Experience with HUD Section 8 and LIHTC preferred.
• Travel willingness and ability to travel as required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service.
• Solid budgeting, operations understanding, and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Foster an inclusive working environment and promote staff development.
• Ensure rent collection and manage delinquencies; optimize occupancy.
• Maintain compliance with REAC and MOR audits and HUD/LIHTC rules.
• Coordinate leasing, certifications, and annual re-certifications.
• Plan activities, manage budgets, and monitor property performance.
• Handle tenant inquiries and work orders; conduct unit inspections.
