Millennia Housing Management is seeking a Property Manager in Millersburg, OH to oversee affordable housing properties and ensure strong performance across financial, compliance, and resident satisfaction metrics.

The role requires three years’ HUD Section 8 and LIHTC experience, with travel as needed. You will lead staff, manage occupancy, and ensure adherence to subsidies and regulatory standards, while maintaining property conditions and community guidelines.

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience with HUD Section 8 and LIHTC; prior REAC & MOR audits preferred
• Housing experience required, preferably affordable housing with HUD/LIHTC focus
• Must be willing to travel
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Strong customer service, interpersonal and analytical abilities

Responsabilités

• Foster an inclusive working environment and develop employee growth plans
• Ensure staff have necessary tools and training to succeed
• Collect rent and manage delinquencies; maintain occupancy and maximize rent potential
• Handle resident selection, eligibility, and paperwork for HUD/LIHTC programs
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Section 8 and HUD standards; pass required inspections
• Plan year‑round activities and respond promptly to tenant concerns and work orders
• Conduct unit inspections and maintain curb appeal
