Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years property management or leasing experience.

• Valid AZ Driver's License and 39-month MVR; proof of vehicle insurance may be needed.
• TB test may be required and provided by Employer.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for tenants regarding property and lease matters.
• Coordinate move-ins, move-outs, unit inspections, and turnover processes.
• Enforce lease terms and community standards consistently.
• Ensure yearly income recertifications, tenant eligibility documentation, and file audits are accurate and timely.
• Respond to tenant concerns, complaints, and service requests promptly.
• Educate residents about lease terms and affordable housing policies.
