EAH Housing manages affordable housing properties and seeks a Maintenance Tech I for Kukui Tower in Honolulu, HI. The role involves preventative maintenance, basic repairs, and support across units and common areas.

Qualified candidates have 1+ year of apartment maintenance experience, with plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance skills. CADL and a clean DMV are required, with reliable transportation. Salary ranges hourly with DOE.

Qualifications

• High School/GED or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
• 1+ year of related apartment maintenance experience.
• Knowledge and skills in plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance.
• CADL, clean DMV and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Basic Plumbing including; Toilet, Faucet and minor Pipe Repair.
• Painting including; Preparation, Sanding and Color Matching.
• Electrical Repairs including; light switch, cords, ballasts and bulbs and circuit breakers.
• Lock Replacement/adjustment, bolt installation, window locks, latches and keys.
• Screen Door Repair and Replacement, Sheetrock repair when needed.
• Detailing Turnover Units, Completing within 5 days.
