Job summary

Asset Living in Parker, CO is seeking a Leasing Consultant to handle all aspects of leasing, marketing, and maintaining positive resident relations at one of our affordable housing assets. Regular on-site attendance and strong customer service are essential.

Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements. You will conduct tours, sign leases, complete paperwork, and contribute to resident retention programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations for the property.
• Show, lease, and move-in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign leases.
• Complete leasing paperwork and assist with lease audits and turn processes.
• Maintain prospect traffic data and respond to leads within 24 hours.
• Support resident retention programs and overall property upkeep.
