Job summary

Community Action Center of Northfield Inc is seeking a Leasing Agent in Pullman to manage leasing for units owned/managed by CAC. Responsibilities include greeting applicants, processing applications, showing units and preparing leases, with oversight by the Rental Property Coordinator.

The role requires at least three years in property management, familiarity with HUD/LIHTC guidance, and strong customer service skills. In-office, full-time with benefits and a four-day work week option.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of property management experience including leasing and rent subsidy operations.
• AA degree or higher in business, property management, real estate or related field; or substitute experience for each required year of education.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-ins and provide property information.
• Process applications and prepare leases.
• Show units and verify applicant eligibility.
• Prepare leases, renewals and annual recertifications.
• Maintain forms and track notices and deadlines.
