Job summary

Asset Living in Mayhill, TX seeks a Leasing Consultant to manage leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations for an affordable housing property. You will show units, tour prospects, sign leases, maintain data, respond within 24 hours, and support annual marketing plans; basic on-site software skills and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills.
• Basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lease, market, and maintain positive resident relations.
• Show, lease, and move in prospective residents; greet, qualify, tour, and sign a lease.
• Maintain leasing data and respond to prospect leads within 24 hours.
• Assist in developing and implementing resident retention programs.
