Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the community while ensuring residents receive excellent service and the property is maintained to AWI's high standards.
• Manage all aspects of the property's daily operations.
• Process applications, screen applicants, and verify landlord references.
• Prepare leases, house rules, and required documentation.
• Manage tenant certifications and recertifications.
• Conduct move-ins and move-outs.
• Collect rent and security deposits.
• Enforce lease agreements and community policies.
• Coordinate maintenance and ensure property standards are met.
• Maintain strong curb appeal and property presentation.
• Market and advertise vacant units to attract qualified residents.
• Respond to emergency situations and follow company policies.
