Guidehouse Inc. is seeking a qualified professional to support affordable housing finance engagements and program implementation for public-sector clients in the Sacramento area.

You will evaluate LIHTC projects, develop budgets, and perform underwriting analyses to support financing decisions. The role involves research on HUD regulations and QAPs, coordination with development, legal, lending, and compliance teams, and delivering client-ready memos and presentations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• 1+ years of experience in affordable housing finance, real estate lending, underwriting, LIHTC development, housing finance programs, or public-sector housing program administration.

Responsabilidades

• Support affordable housing finance and program implementations for public-sector clients.
• Evaluate LIHTC and other affordable housing developments.
• Develop and analyze project budgets, sources and uses, financial pro forma, and underwriting models.
• Conduct feasibility, benefit‑cost, and subsidy layering analyses.
• Assist with transactions, due diligence, and closing deliverables.
