Job summary
Tulsa Housing Impact Fund is seeking a Loan and Business Development Officer in Tulsa, OK to drive originations, structure financing, and close transactions for affordable housing projects. The role is externally facing and requires building relationships with developers, partners, and lenders.
Ideal candidates have 7+ years in lending or real estate finance, strong pipeline management, and experience with multi-source capital stacks.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years in lending, real estate finance, or community development finance.
- Experience in business development, deal sourcing, and pipeline management.
- Proven ability to lead complex real estate transactions with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong knowledge of affordable housing development processes and local markets.
- Excellent relationship management and communication with developers and partners.
- Ability to manage multiple deals and coordinate with underwriting, legal, and capital partners.
Responsibilities
- Source opportunities and build a strong lending pipeline.
- Structure financing for multi-source capital stacks.
- Lead transactions from early discussions to closing.
- Coordinate with underwriters, counsel, and partners.
- Provide site visits and monitor project progress.
- Support portfolio management and stakeholder relations.
