Qualifications

• 7+ years in lending, real estate finance, or affordable housing development.
• Proven business development, deal sourcing, and pipeline management.
• Experience leading complex real estate transactions with multiple stakeholders.
• Knowledge of affordable housing processes and local markets.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
• Organizational and project management skills to manage multiple deals.
• Ability to collaborate with underwriting, legal, and capital partners.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce, and pipeline tools.

Responsibilities

• Source opportunities and build a strong lending pipeline.
• Structure financing and multi-source capital stacks.
• Lead transactions from early discussions through closing.
• Coordinate with underwriters, legal, and partners.
• Monitor project progress and maintain borrower relationships.
• Represent THIF at events and community engagements.
