Washington County is seeking a Housing Development Coordinator to support affordable housing development and investment portfolios. The role involves identifying properties, managing complex real estate transactions, and coordinating funding requests and reporting for boards and funders.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant associate degree or five years in program administration, with experience in LIHTC, HOME, CDBG, and related programs, plus strong project management and collaboration

Qualificações

• Associate's Degree in Health, Social Service, Business, or related field; AND three (3) years of work experience in program administration, development, evaluation, and/or contract administration. OR five (5) years of experience in program administration, development, evaluation, and/or contract administration.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, analyze, and develop properties for acquisition, preservation, rehabilitation and/or new construction.
• Support growth and development of affordable housing and investment portfolios.
• Manage and coordinate complex real estate transactions including LIHTC, HOME, CDBG, and other programs.
• Prepare funding requests and reports for boards, funders, and investors.
• Review documents, due diligence, financing, and project management across multiple projects.
