Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in property management or housing compliance.
• Working knowledge of Fair Housing laws, HUD regulations.
• Experience with affordable housing programs strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Audit lease agreements and tenant files for accuracy.
• Prepare required occupancy and compliance reports.

Education

3+ years experience in housing compliance

Certified Occupancy Specialist (COS)
