Trinity Management LLC is seeking a Corporate Compliance Specialist to join our Boston team, ensuring compliance across LIHTC, Section 8, HOME, Public Housing, and related programs. This role partners with property management to maintain regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will balance corporate oversight with hands-on support, auditing, training, and relationship-building across communities, with travel to properties as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of affordable housing compliance experience.
• LIHTC experience required.
• COS or LIHTC certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with LIHTC, Section 8, HOME, Public Housing, and other programs.
• Review and approve nonsubsidized move-in files.
• Conduct annual recertification reviews and monitor deadlines.
• Conduct site visits to perform compliance audits and provide on-site training.
