Job summary

Advanced Asset Management LLC is seeking an Affordable Community Manager to oversee daily operations, occupancy, leasing, and resident relations at an affordable housing community. You will ensure LIHTC compliance, income qualification, and full recertifications, coordinating on-site staff and vendors to maintain property standards and timely unit readiness.

Strong knowledge of LIHTC, Bond Property Management, and 80/50 set-aside experience is highly valued, with opportunities for professional

Qualifications

• Experience with LIHTC housing and compliance.
• Hands-on LIHTC income verification and recertifications.
• Strong leadership and resident relations skills.
• Proficient with property management software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, occupancy, leasing activity, resident relations, and financial performance.
• Manage affordable housing compliance, including income qualification, move-ins, and recertifications.
• Maintain resident files and ensure LIHTC, Bond, AEC compliance.
• Coordinate inspections, audits, and required documentation.
• Supervise on-site staff, vendors, maintenance, and unit turns.
• Monitor rent collection, delinquencies, renewals, notices.
• Communicate with residents, staff, ownership, and external agencies.
• Identify issues and implement corrective actions to maintain occupancy and compliance.
