Job summary

TRG Management is seeking an on-site Leasing Consultant/Assistant Community Manager in Florida. You will survey market rents, attract tenants, and negotiate leases while coordinating with maintenance and vendors to uphold property standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years on-site leasing experience and holds CAM/ARM/COS and Fair Housing certifications. Evening/weekend flexibility and strong MS Office/property software skills are expected.

Qualifications

• On-site leasing experience required.
• Certification in Fair Housing is preferred.
• OSHA knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand market and rental rates by surveying local competition.
• Attract tenants by advertising vacancies and showing units.
• Negotiate leases and collect security deposits.
• Manage finances: rents, bills, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Maintain property and supervise repairs and vendor services.
• Ensure security and enforce occupancy policies.
• Prepare reports analyzing data and trends.
• Pursue professional development and value-add opportunities.
