The role requires at least 2 years in multi-family property management and affordable/tax credit experience. Weekend work is expected; Bachelor’s degree preferred. You will lead staff and represent Elmington to residents and vendors.

An Affordable Community Director is essential to the property's overall operations, success, and tenant satisfaction. You will ensure efficient operations by overseeing vendor relations, property maintenance, financial, and leasing performance of your community.
This position is eligible for up to $500 a month in bonus potential
