Job summary

NFP in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an Account Manager to service a selected book of Personal Lines clients in a hybrid work environment. You will manage renewals, prepare marketing materials, and coordinate with Advisors and Carrier Executives to deliver high-quality service.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Personal Lines client service with an insurance brokerage background, proficiency in EPIC or similar AMS, and strong communication, organization, and relationship skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Personal Lines client service experience in an insurance brokerage or independent agency.
• Experience with carriers such as Travelers, Safeco, Progressive, AutoOwners.
• Fluency with EPIC or a similar agency management system.
• Associate's Degree/BA preferred; HS diploma with training acceptable.
• Strong communication, data accuracy and client focus.

Responsibilities

• Service client accounts day-to-day and support renewal and marketing processes.
• Prepare renewal presentations and carrier proposals with guidance from team.
• Communicate with clients and carriers, ensuring accuracy and timely responses.
• Maintain client policy records in the agency management system and prepare reports.
• Answer billing questions and coordinate with Advisors/Executives as needed.
