Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to serve an affluent client group and broader branch clientele. You will maintain full banking relationships, offer education and advice, and seek referrals to drive growth across products and services.

The role requires strong communication, a relationship-driven sales approach, and flexibility to work weekends/evenings in a branch environment. Strong compliance discipline is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services.
• Licensing: SIE, FINRA Series 6/7 and state registrations or must be completed within 180 days.
• Compliance with Dodd-Frank/Truth in Lending Act and related policies.
• Adherence to banking regulations and internal procedures.
• Ability to work hours including weekends and some evenings.

Responsibilities

• Actively manages client relationships and grows balances through advice-based service.
• Identifies and solicits referrals to acquire new clients.
• Collaborates with Private Client Advisors, Mortgage Bankers and Business Relationship Managers to address needs.
• Promotes self-service options to improve client convenience 24/7.
• Ensures compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
