Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Private Client Banker in Branch Banking to manage relationships with affluent clients and a broader customer base. You will actively solicit referrals, coordinate with Specialists, and provide tailored education and advice to help clients optimize their finances.

The role requires adherence to banking regulations, strong communication, and a commitment to exemplary service, with flexibility to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Branch Banking Banker or equivalent experience in financial services, with verifiable success in new client acquisition, cultivating, and maintaining customer relationships and revenue generation
• Compliance with Dodd Frank/Truth in Lending Act
• National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) registration requirements and related compliance

Responsibilities

• Shares the value of Chase Private Client with clients that may be eligible
• Actively manages their banking relationship through an advice-based approach, ensuring each client receives the best products and services for their needs
• Partners with Specialists to connect customers to experts for specialized financial needs
• Makes lives of clients more convenient by setting up self-service options to access accounts 24/7
• Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulatory banking requirements
