Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Affirmative Attorney to join our thriving legal team in our Fairfax, VA, Silver Spring, MD, or Charlottesville, VA office. The Affimative Immigration Attorney will work on cases including asylum, VAWA, U Visas, T Visas, naturalization, adjustments of status, and waivers. The opportunity to specialize in specific areas of affirmative immigration, with assignment opportunities in other departments based on interest and business needs.

This is a full-time, hybrid position based in Fairfax, VA, Silver Spring, MD, or Charlottesville, VA, with the expectation of on -site presence three days a week.

As a valued member of our firm, you will

• Manage your own caseload while meeting case progression benchmarks.
• Collaborate closely with paralegals and fellow attorneys to ensure seamless case handling.
• Participate in firm committees under the guidance of firm partners, contributing to the firm's operations and success.
• Enjoy a hybrid work model, blending flexibility with opportunities to meet clients and attend in-office events.

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and/or other languages.
