Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Real Estate or similar field or an associate’s degree with 3 years in Business/Operations/Real Estate.
• Strong organizational skills, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Determine the fair market value of real estate for affiliation opportunities with Heartland Dental.
• Review and examine lease documents to ensure market terms and long-term viability.
• Draft, negotiate and execute lease agreements or amendments for affiliated doctors.
• Collaborate across departments to establish scalable processes for affiliating practices.
• Ensure reporting and KPIs for affiliating practices are completed.
