Job summary

Blueair, part of Unilever, is seeking an Affiliate & UGC Manager to grow through affiliate and creator content partnerships. You'll run programs end to end, from partner relationships through contracting, budget, and performance.

This is a hands‑on, execution‑focused role. You’ll be the person in the platform dashboards, managing contracts and budgets, and building the relationships that keep creators and partners active and performing, all while ensuring alignment with the brand and measurable

Qualifications

• 4 to 6 years in affiliate/creator/partnership marketing.
• Hands-on experience with creator commerce and affiliate platforms like ShopMy, LTK, GRIN.
• Experience managing partner and creator relationships end to end.
• Comfort owning budgets, invoicing, and contracting.
• Familiarity with affiliate program compliance and terms enforcement.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills with many concurrent relationships.
• Understanding of how partner/creator selection reflects brand positioning.

Responsibilities

• Own affiliate platform management and partner recruitment.
• Manage affiliate campaigns from launch to wrap and budgets.
• Set commissions and offers to protect margins.
• Execute affiliate newsletters and track codes.
• Coordinate product seeding with affiliate partners.
• Maintain program integrity and enforce partner terms.
• Source and contract UGC creators and manage content approvals.
• Manage UGC campaigns and asset delivery.
• Maintain ongoing creator relationships and performance tracking.
• Provide performance reporting and strategic insights.
• Align affiliate and UGC efforts with broader campaigns.
