Florida League of Cities, Inc. in Tallahassee seeks an Affiliate Services Coordinator Assistant Supervisor to support the Affiliate Services Coordinator Supervisor and Executive Director while developing into the Supervisor role.

The role involves training under the Supervisor, coordinating with the Board and committees, handling confidential matters, budgets, events, and travel, and progressively assuming leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business/Management/Political Science with 2 years admin experience.
• HS diploma with 5 years admin experience accepted.
• Must have a valid Florida driver’s license and be available for periodic in-state travel.

Responsabilités

• Support Affiliate Services Coordinator Supervisor and Executive Director.
• Assist with board meetings, elections, and materials.
• Coordinate travel arrangements for staff and officers.
• Prepare budgets and financial statements with Accounting.
• Maintain Association records and confidentiality.
