Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of America (BGCA) is seeking a Manager, Affiliate Relations to strengthen partnerships with local Clubs across our federated network and improve governance, service-area requests, and organizational name changes. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, synthesize field insights, and drive accountability across multiple teams.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
Strong ability to create and maintain SOPs, trackers, dashboards, and executive reporting.
Proven ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information and translate findings into recommendations.

Responsibilities

Lead and continuously improve Membership Requirements, chartering, governance, and service-area requests.
Develop and maintain SOPs, trackers, workplans, and accountability systems for cross-functional work.
Maintain BGCA’s sentiment tracker and translate insights into actionable leadership recommendations.
Define objectives, milestones, stakeholders, and deliverables while identifying risks and maintaining momentum.
Collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align on priorities across BGCA and local Clubs.
Coordinate national and field-based initiatives and enterprise priorities requiring planning and execution.
Prepare executive briefings, board and committee reports, and other materials to inform decisions.
