Job summary

Harvard University is seeking a Program Manager for Affiliate Programs within the Office for External Education (OEE) at Harvard Medical School. You will oversee a team delivering post-approval program support for JA/ACCME and HMS policies, collaborating with CE/OEE colleagues, and ensuring timely, compliant delivery of accredited activities.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience.
• Experience in program/project management in hospital or university settings is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the program support team and guide workload prioritization.
• Oversee program support staff including hiring, training, development, and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation policies and provide support to course planners.
• Lead QA efforts to ensure accuracy and consistency of all course materials, evaluations, and learner communications.
• Manage course evaluation and credit claim processes to deliver timely participant results.
