Job summary

LandEarly is seeking an Affiliate Program Manager to build and scale a partner and affiliate channel that drives new user growth through creators, influencers, and content partners. You will recruit, onboard, and manage a portfolio of affiliates aligned with our job-seeker audience and design compelling commission structures.

You’ll track performance, optimize campaigns, provide affiliates with tracking links and assets, and collaborate with marketing to expand reach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing affiliate, referral, or partner marketing programs.
• Proven track record of growing an affiliate channel and hitting acquisition or revenue targets.
• Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms and attribution methods.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in reporting on program performance and ROI.
• Excellent relationship management and negotiation skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication for partner outreach and internal reporting.

Responsibilities

• Track and report on affiliate performance (clicks, signups, conversions, revenue) and optimize based on data.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to supply affiliates with creative assets, tracking links, and up-to-date messaging.
• Identify and negotiate partnerships with new affiliates, networks, and referral sources to expand program reach.
