Job summary

HFM, a leading multi-asset broker, seeks an Affiliate Marketing Manager in the United States to manage LATAM affiliates and partner relationships. You will coordinate with BDEs and marketing teams to execute campaigns, provide tracking links, and fulfill partner requests.

Responsibilities include analyzing affiliate performance, driving growth, offering content ideas, ensuring compliance, and reporting insights to management. Spanish and English are required; Portuguese is a plus.

• Experience in FX/CFD or fintech is preferred.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Experience with digital and social media marketing.

• Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain LATAM affiliate relationships with marketing partners and traders.
• Internal Coordination: Work with BDEs, Marketing Traffickers, and internal teams to execute campaigns and fulfill partner requests.
• Strategy & Growth: Analyze affiliate performance and trading models to identify growth opportunities and boost conversions and deposits.
• Content & Campaign Support: Provide partners with product details, promotional ideas, and content concepts (social media, webinars, videos, etc.).
• Execution & Compliance: Monitor campaigns to ensure plans align with brand and compliance standards.
• Reporting & Market Insights: Track activity and report performance metrics, sharing trends with management.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with LATAM affiliates and marketing partners.
• Internal Coordination: Work with Business Development Executives (BDEs), Marketing Traffickers, and internal teams to execute campaigns, provide tracking links, and fulfill partner requests.
• Strategy & Growth: Analyze affiliate performance, audience channels, and trading models to identify growth opportunities, re-engage inactive partners, and boost conversions and deposits.
• Content & Campaign Support: Provide partners with HFM product details, promotional ideas, tailored messaging, and content concepts (social media, webinars, videos, educational materials).
• Execution & Compliance: Monitor campaign rollout to ensure partners execute plans as agreed while aligning with HFM brand and compliance standards.
• Reporting & Market Insights: Track partner activity, report on performance metrics, and share market and competitor trends with management and the regional team.

Requirements

• Ideally, experience within FX/CFD, fintech, financial services, crypto or another performance-driven digital industry.
• Commercially minded, relationship-oriented and comfortable discussing marketing strategies, audiences, content and campaign ideas with partners.
• Strong understanding of digital and social media marketing.
• LATAM market experience and an existing affiliate/partner network would be a strong advantage.
• Spanish is mandatory, English is required, Portuguese would be a strong advantage, particularly for candidates covering Brazil.
