Obagi seeks an Affiliate & Performance Marketing Manager to own and grow our affiliate and creator partnerships, manage budgets, and contribute to cross-channel reporting that shapes investments in performance marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–4+ years in affiliate or performance marketing, social commerce, or digital marketing.
• Experience managing external agencies or vendor relationships.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent analytical skills with spreadsheets and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of affiliate and creator partnership programs with external agencies.
• Manage commission budgets, ROAS targets, and promotional calendars for affiliate channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with creators and publishers, including outreach and issue resolution.
• Monitor fraud, brand protection, and platform hygiene across all partner channels.
• Lead product sampling strategy for affiliates and creators and manage gifting requests.
• Support social commerce execution and performance monitoring with agencies.
• Compile performance data and dashboards for cross-channel reporting and executive updates.
• Assist with campaign setup, QA, tracking, and coordination with agency partners.
