Job summary

Synectics Inc. is seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing Lead to partner with internal teams and deepen market penetration of our OTC CMG. You will manage budgets, forecast opportunities, and drive CPA and revenue-share campaigns to acquire new users and revenue.

You will collaborate with BI, product, brand marketing, PR, and finance to align strategies, negotiate contracts, monitor campaigns for ROI, and stay ahead of industry trends while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• 4+ years leading partnership/affiliate marketing programs.
• Experience with Impact.com, Rakuten, CJ required.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Proven partnerships onboarding and management.
• Able to communicate strategy clearly and execute.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity.

• Serve as the subject matter expert and act as a close partner and resource to our internal teams to deepen market penetration of our OTC CMG
• Manage the affiliate budget, including forecasting, and opportunity sizing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with BI team to understand incrementality of Affiliate channels and adapt strategy to maximize ROI.
• Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies focused on Cost-Per-Action (CPA) and revenue share campaigns to achieve new user acquisition and revenue goals.
• Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with affiliate partners, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI, increase conversions, and minimize fraud.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience leading partnership/affiliate marketing programs
• Prior experience with Impact.com/Rakuten/Commission Junction platform required
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Proficiency in utilizing Impact and CJ for affiliate network management and knowledge of managed networks.
• Proven experience onboarding and managing partnerships
• Proven track record of building a business and operating in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to clearly articulate strategy and then execute.
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
