Job summary

Synectics Inc. is seeking a Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) in California to greet patients, collect quality blood samples, and prepare specimens for lab testing following established procedures.

You will interact directly with patients, explain procedures, and maintain accurate records in a fast-paced environment while ensuring confidentiality and a professional image. Monday–Friday shifts with possible Saturday coverage; bilingual Spanish required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (Required in California, Nevada, and Washington).
• Minimum of 6 months experience required.
• One(+) years phlebotomy experience preferred.
• Ability to provide quality, error free work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision.
• Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric.
• Shift time: Monday-Friday 6:00am - 3:00pm, Rotating Saturday every other
• Must be Bilingual-Spanish
