Qualifications

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in affiliate or lifecycle marketing.
• Direct experience with affiliate platforms like ShopMy and Amazon Associates.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle KPIs: open rates, conversion, LTV.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale Lux Unfiltered's affiliate strategy across various platforms.
• Own Klaviyo and Attentive strategies, including optimizing workflows and campaigns.
• Work closely with the marketing team for promotional planning.
