Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in affiliate, partner, or influencer marketing.
• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (Refersion, ShareASale, Impact, Awin, PartnerStack).
• Strong relationship-management and communication skills.
• Data-driven with ability to interpret performance reports.
• Experience handling compliance-related marketing content (FDA/FTC) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of affiliate programs: recruit partners, enable them, track performance, and optimize commissions and campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and scalable programs.
• Develop partner materials and messaging for outreach and enablement.
