Job summary

Los Angeles Dodgers LLC is seeking an Affiliate Development Associate to support the Baseball Operations - Video team. The role is a part-time, seasonal assignment with duties across game capture, data projects and collaboration with coaching staff.

Ideal candidates will log games, assist with scouting and travel planning, and help produce roster information while working a varied schedule including evenings and weekends. Training and mentorship are provided within a dynamic MLB environment.

Qualifications

• Coursework completed by January 2027; must be available January–October 2027.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal and time management skills.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel).

Responsibilities

• Capture and log all Minor League games at assigned affiliate.
• Assist coaching staff with daily tasks, including scouting reports, game planning, travel, and administrative needs.
• Compile video and data related projects and collaborate with other departments for scouting, player development, and baseball strategy.
• Operate additional technology in bullpen or batting cage sessions.
• Produce roster and lineup information for daily clubhouse use.
• Perform related duties as assigned on and off field.

Title: Affiliate Development Associate

Department: Baseball Operations - Video

Status: Part-Time, Seasonal

Pay Rate: $15.00- $17.40/hour*

Reports to: Manager, Minor League Video Operations

*Compensation rates vary based on job-related factors, including experience, job skills, education, and training.

The Affiliate Development Associate will be assigned to one of our Minor League affiliated teams (AAA: Oklahoma City, OK; AA: Tulsa, OK; A+: Midland, MI; A-: Ontario, CA; ROK: Glendale, AZ; ROK: Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic). The ideal candidate will be available to work January through October 2027.
