Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Fall 2027 Affiliate & Creator Marketplace Co-op based in Burlington, MA, for a six-month, full-time hybrid role. You will support affiliate marketing, recruitment, and performance analysis while learning the business side of social commerce.

You will work closely with marketing and analytics teams to drive profitability through publisher and creator activations, with opportunities for professional development and cross-functional exposure.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student enrolled in a full-time program in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or Communications.
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in digital marketing, affiliate strategy, or creator/influencer commerce.
• Comfort working cross-functionally and independently in a hybrid setting.

Responsabilités

• Assist daily operations of Keurig's affiliate marketing, focusing on publisher and creator performance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and communication with creators and affiliate partners.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to ensure channel profitability and identify growth opportunities.
• Maintain internal databases and documentation related to campaigns and creator engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, eCommerce, and analytics teams to align on campaign goals.
