JOB LOCATION:

REMOTE, work-from-home! All locations are considered. PST or EST working hours are preferred.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for an Account Manager with Affiliate Marketing experienceto help us manage and scale affiliate programs for our clients.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

1.Overall: fun client-facing personality, ability/willingness to learn/grow + Affiliate Marketing knowledge. Proactive, team player, asking the right questions, enjoying challenges/multitasking, and suggesting cool ideas.

2.Experience: 2+ years in Affiliate Marketing, US market. We prefer agency experience but are open to Publisher, Merchant, and Network experience.

4.Tools: Office - GSuite/Google Workspace(Gmail, Google Slides, Google Sheets - advanced); PM - Asana, CRM - Hubspot, Communication - Slack, SEO - SemRush/SpyFu, Reporting - Affluent, Mail Merge - GMass/Yesware/YAMM, Analytics - Google Analytics, Other - Adobe Acrobat, Adobe Photoshop, Canva.

5.Abilities: to communicate effectively, analyze, negotiate, and work independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Client Relationship: Build and maintain exceptional relationships with brands/advertisers, affiliate networks/platforms, and agencies. Nurture relationships with key partners, providing ongoing support, guidance, and optimization recommendations.

2.Client Strategy: identity, launch, and scale the right affiliate strategy for clients.

3.Affiliate Recruitment: recruit and nurture affiliates partnerships

4.Report & Analysis:customize reports through Network and Affluent; analyze the performance KPIs; monitor and improve campaigns' performance.

5.Network Management: manage the clients' network (launch, onboarding, newsletters, links, etc)

6.Travel: Willingness to travel and represent the agency at select industry events based on availability (Affiliate Summit, Rakuten DealMaker, CJ
