N26 is seeking a dynamic Team Lead for the AFC Operations Department in Madrid to drive compliance with applicable regulations and company policies. You will lead a team of analysts to detect and investigate financial crime, while coordinating with other departments to implement robust AFC controls.

Qualifications

• Several years of banking experience in Anti Financial Crime.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Experience on French AML/CTF regulation.
• Fluent in English and French spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of analysts and investigators.
• Ensure timely, accurate investigation of suspicious activities and reporting.
• Oversee daily AFC operations to meet regulatory standards.
