5000 recognition and Best Places to Work. The role involves data analytics, budget formulation, and advancing MRO processes across bases. You will interact with HQ and Air Logistics Complexes, provide training, and help improve financial workflows using Power BI and legacy AFWCF systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AFWCF funds control, accounting, financial analysis, AP, DFAS Treasury reporting, and working with General Funds/Working Capital Funds.
• Familiarity with AFWCF legacy systems (D035, DMAPS, SBSS, SMAS, GAFS).
• Ability to brief senior leaders and travel as required to support MAJCOM/Command assignments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the initial representative to base MRO users.
• Support DFAS and ALC MRO users with FM questions.
• Help resolve MRO system-related process issues and guide users through functional processes impacted by the system.
• Provide analysis and problem resolution for fixes to reported problems.
• Provide targeted assistance to users based on MRO metrics and data analysis results.
• Provide ad hoc and on-the-job training to MRO users via telephone, video-teleconference, webinar, or on-site visit.
• Facilitate and promote Strategic Communications/Change Management activities.
• Provide support to the MRO Help Desk, e.g., surge and end-of-year processes.
• Participate in MRO process improvement workshops identifying gaps and solutions.
