Job summary

Wynn Resorts, Limited in Las Vegas seeks a Medical Assistant & Clinical Support to blend front-desk hospitality with clinical assistance in a luxury aesthetics setting. You will support the Medical Director and aesthetics team, prepare rooms, and help manage EMR and scheduling while ensuring smooth patient flow.

This role requires a national MA certification, BLS, and 2+ years in medical aesthetics; evenings and events may be required to support clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Current national Medical Assistant certification (CMA, RMA, or CCMA) active.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to obtain Health Card from the Southern Nevada Health District.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in medical aesthetics or luxury healthcare.
• Experience with patient scheduling, payments, and clinical support.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome patients and manage check-in/out and appointment flow.
• Coordinate communications between patients, clinicians, and clinic leadership.
• Manage multi-line phones, email, and patient messaging.
• Prepare treatment rooms and assist with aesthetic procedures.
• Maintain accurate patient demographics and medical records.
• Handle payments, deposits, refunds, and POS transactions.
• Uphold HIPAA and Wynn standards in all interactions.
