Role Description

The Medical Assistant role is an on-site position based in Las Vegas, NV, supporting providers and patients in a cosmetic and plastic surgery practice. Responsibilities include preparing exam and treatment rooms, assisting with patient intake, obtaining vital signs, documenting medical histories, and ensuring accurate and timely entry of information into medical records. The role involves supporting providers during exams and minor procedures, maintaining sterile technique and equipment readiness, and reinforcing pre- and post-operative instructions to help patients feel informed and comfortable. The Medical Assistant will also manage basic front- and back-office tasks such as scheduling support, coordinating patient flow, handling phone inquiries related to clinical care, and collaborating closely with the clinical and administrative team to ensure a smooth, respectful patient experience.

Qualifications
