Waldorf Astoria Chicago is seeking a Part-Time Aesthetician to join our luxury hotel spa in the Gold Coast of Chicago. The role emphasizes delivering professional skincare treatments, including facials and hair removal, while maintaining a pristine spa environment and exceptional guest service.

As an Aesthetician, you will stay current on industry trends, support daily spa operations, and ensure documentation and regulatory compliance are met.

• Delight our guests: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns to ensure an exceptional spa experience
• Deliver professional skincare treatments: Provide facial, cosmetic, and hair removal services according to spa menu, guest preferences, and established quality and health standards
• Maintain a spotless environment: Ensure treatment areas, tools, and equipment are consistently clean and sanitized in compliance with regulatory and guest service standards
• Manage supplies and inventory: Monitor inventory of products and tools, ensuring adequate stock and proper storage
• Stay current on industry trends: Maintain up to date knowledge of skincare techniques, tools, and products to enhance service quality and guest satisfaction
• Support daily spa operations: Assist with general spa duties as needed to ensure seamless service
• Maintain required documentation: Accurately complete any required records related to services, sanitation, and regulatory compliance
